ORDERING
Can I change or cancel my order?

Depending on the shipment status, you may be able to change or cancel your order. Please reach out to service@knitproject.com with your order number and request for change or cancellation. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will be sent an order confirmation email after we receive your order. You can also check the status of your order in your order history, if you have an account.

How can I track my order?

We will send you an email with tracking information once the order ships. You can also check the status of your order in your order history, if you have an account.

DELIVERY
Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping is free for all orders!

How long will it take to deliver my product?

Almost all orders arrive within 1-5 business days after the product is shipped. We ship your product the next business day after you place your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. An email with tracking information will also be sent to you with a more accurate delivery time.

Where can you deliver my order?

Currently, we deliver within the 50 US states only.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How can I return my order?

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any product that has been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to return an item, send us an email at service@knitproject.com. To return your product, you should mail your product using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs.

When will I receive my money back?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks.

Which methods of payments do you accept?

We currently accept all the major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay. More details can be found at the bottom of each page.

Will I get an invoice for my order?

Yes, an email invoice will be sent to you as soon as the order is processed.

Is it safe to pay online at knitproject.com?

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology powered by Shopify to protect your personal information when it's being sent over the Internet. SSL is the standard for payments over the Internet and is supported by most browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Safari. This technology is used to encrypt sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. SSL technology prevents your information from being accessed when you are submitting it.
